Dialog

Welcome to the Almanax Sanctuary! Judging by how grey your clothes are, I'd say you've traveled a long way to get here... Unless, of course, you're a follower of Redfis, the god of Dust. Either way, welcome to our Temple of Scriptures! If you've come to pray to the Meridia and earn yourself some Almokens, you're in the right place.

Declare that you are ready to honour the Meridia.
Ask a question.

Dialog

I'm guessing you already know which deity we're worshiping today. It's been the talk of the town, and I'm sure you've heard the whispers.

Reply that it's... Martero.

Dialog

Yes it is. Martero is the Meridia of Favours. He loves doing favours for anyone he can, without worrying about the consequences. When Rushu called on him for help conquering the World of Twelve, Martero set him up with an army of Dopples. Luckily for us, they were only temps who hadn't had any military training. I go and see him when I need a good massage to appease the arthritis that plagues my old bones. If you want to speak to the spirit of Martero, you'll have to make him an offering.

Ask what you can offer to please Martero.

Dialog

Today is the day of the Guardian Party, so you'd do well to hunt down a few Rogue Clan Bandits and confiscate their Counterfeit Royal Seals. If you've always felt like a bit of an amateur crime fighter, then this is your day, because these guys are possibly the most unscrupulous petty criminals around. Martero will tell you what he needs the seals for. If you're actually as thick as thieves with undesirables like the bandits, you'll just have to find another way to get the offering.

Go in search of the offering.
Refuse and leave.
At this time you must go get the offering, either by collecting or buying it; otherwise, if you already have the offering, hand it over to Antyklime Ax by speaking with him again.

Hand over the requested offering.

Dialog

I will offer this gift on your behalf, (your name). You may now go and pray before the alter found in one of the rooms of the seasons. If your devotion is pure and true, the spirit in charge of today will show itself. Come back and see me once you two have spoken.

Go and pray.

Dialog

Martero, Meridia of Favours, at your service! What can I do for you, (your name)?

Ask for all the Dofus and all the copies thereof.

Dialog

Ho ho ho! You're a little comedian, and that's just swell, because I'm missing a couple of clowns for the circus performance I promised King Allister at the Guardian Party! You've already got the outfit and all the best lines, so what do you say, pal?

Refuse.

Dialog

What a letdown! And i thought you were a disciple of mine! Fine, you can get by without my help today - that'll teach you to be such a selfish player.

Ask him whether that includes the hire of the personal escort of bodyguards he promised you.

Dialog

Naturally. No more escorts of any kind for you, be they male, female or Gobball. There are tons of people who deserve my favours much more than you.

Ask what favours have to do with the offering.

Dialog

Nothing whatsoever. Well, not directly, anyway. As well as being my day, today is also the Guardian Party, which is when Amaknians celebrate the time when the goddess Feca presented herself to Allister to save the kingdom from the evil clutches of Esra'Ruoy'Dnim the demon. I help the goddess out by asking you lot to hunt down the counterfeiters and confiscate their loot, which I in turn give to her. You may have heard whispers that I only do it to win Alikindoy's favour, but the Meridia of Generosity has always like me, and it's for my personality, not my actions. The others are just jealous!

Bow respectfully and leave.

Dialog

So you managed to have a little chat with a being made of divine essence alone?! Isn't that extraordinary?! In the Almanax Sanctuary, this miracle happens every day! Here take this in return for your devotion. And don't forget to come back tomorrow to meet another Meridia!

Thank him and leave.

About the Meridia of the Day[]

ApoSandbox around the Krosmoz:

06 04 Martero Wikia Brown

Need a Xelor to repair your clocks? A Feca to take care of your brats? An Enutrof to squander your money? Pray to Martero, the Meridia of Favours! He makes people helpful and is ready to help you on any occasion! Martero: THE specialist in personal favours! He is celebrated on the 4th of June, the day of the Guardian Party.

He loves to render services, without worrying about the consequences. When Rushu came to see him in order to conquer the World of Twelve, Martero found him an army of temporary Dopples. Fortunately, they had not undergone intensive military training.
